Garlic Chilli Korai (Hot)
This is a dish cooked with fresh garlic fried in clarified butter, herbs, spices, fresh coriander, and extra chopped
green chillies. This dish, as with all dishes that involve fresh chilli, can be either hot or very hot depending on,
"to eat the chilli or not to eat the chilli." In fact, people's palate react differently to the capsaicin in the chilli and therefore
can be difficult to fully know it's true strength.
